Not working

I installed first Air Video Free and the Air Media Server. As it did not work I installed Air Video. Air Video does not recognize my server/router even if it is the most common router in Germany. It also ask for a Air Media Server version 2.O but the one available on the Apple Store is version 1.1.4
Very strange, may be I do something wrong. But if you are not an IT wizzard, just forget it.
