Doesn’t work with Apple Time Capsule 802.11 ac

Doesn’t work with my Apple Time Capsule 802.11 ac for external coeectivity. So I can’t access from outside using their iOS app (yup I bought that too)

But most of all they’ve not once returned my emails to support asking for help. Not once.

still never responded now 4 emails to their support for help.

Still get incompatible with with my Apple ac Time Capsule. Still can’t get access from outside to view content

testing the internet connection gives me IP address Null - Port 0
